CAEM

Certified Associate in Engineering Management (CAEM) is designed for young technical professionals seeking to establish credentials in preparation for early technical management or supervisory assignments.
In order to obtain the CAEM certification, it requires successfully passing the CAEM exam, except for those individuals who hold an MS degree from an ASEM certified program.

The CAEM exam contains 100 multiple choice questions. A total of 2 hours is provided to complete the exam. A final score of 70% leads to passing the exam.

When failing the exam, it is allowed to retake the exam within 90 days. After these 90 days, an individual must submit a new application and pay the required fee. Failing a second time will require a six month wait to take the exam again, with a new application and fee.

Certification is valid for three years.
