Dirk Roelens

As a "LEAN Sensei", Dirk guides organizations to successfully complete improvement projects and assists management in successfully completing complex changes within the company.  After a 10-year career in industry as production director, quality and plant manager, he started his own consultancy and training agency, focusing on operational excellence and management systems. Since 2016, this has been integrated within Moore Belgium and Dirk became a managing partner, responsible for Operations. In addition, he is also responsible for CIMCIL.  Furthermore, Dirk is a visiting professor who inspires many students at the universities of Leuven, Ghent and the French school Télécom Ecole de Management. He is also a lecturer at the VIVES Business School and program director of the postgraduate Supply Chain & Operations Management.
